Avoid the Holiday Debt Hangover: Earn Money Trading

Americans are spending in force this holiday season. Some are even spending beyond their budgets to cover holiday spending from family feasts, presents under the tree and travel to see family and friends.
How much will people spend? Depending on what survey you look at – from $600 to over $1,000 this holiday season.
Americans still haven't paid off last year's holiday bills
The holidays are a season of giving, but that usually means spending too. In the spirit of generosity, many people find themselves cash-strapped this time of year. In fact, a recent CNBC article noted that many are still paying off debt from the 2016 holiday season.
"Many Americans are still carrying last year's debt as they head into yet another holiday season," the CNBC article said.
"Millennials are the worst culprits here: 24 percent still haven't paid off credit card debt incurred during the 2016 shopping season, while 16 percent of Gen-Xers haven't and only 8 percent of boomers haven't," CNBC said.
No one wants to be a Grinch and it can be tough to stick to a budget.
There is a solution. More and more people are turning to side gigs to bring in extra money.
Trading Is a Side Gig
Trading stocks and options is a perfect way to bring in some extra money that you can use to pay down holiday bills, spend on a vacation or simply add a little more money to your retirement fund or kid's college fund.
Many people associate trading stocks and options with Wall Street professionals. The truth is that anyone can and should trade.
Trading for a Living
My name is Sarah Potter. I'm an average person. I don't have an MBA and I didn't work on Wall Street. I used to work as an education consultant. I'm a busy Mom and I trade for a living. Many people view the financial markets as something foreign, complex and just for portfolio managers.
Trading is Flexible
Online trading platforms and low per trade commissions have leveled the playing field for the individual average trader in recent years. If you want or need to bring in a side income, trading options is the perfect side gig. You can trade anytime, at your convenience from your phone, laptop or home computer.
